Renndvous Event Participation Agreement and Release of Liability

This Renndvous Event Participation Agreement and Release of Liability (“Agreement”) is entered into between the participant (“Participant”) and the event hosting service (“Service”). By participating in the rally, car show, or gathering event (“Event”) organized through the Service, the Participant agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk: The Participant acknowledges and understands that participating in the Event involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to vehicle accidents, property damage, personal injury, and other unforeseen hazards. The Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with their participation in the Event.
2. Vehicle Operation and Safety: The Participant agrees to operate their vehicle in a safe and responsible manner during the Event, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. The Participant acknowledges that they are solely responsible for the condition and roadworthiness of their vehicle. The Service assumes no responsibility for any damage to the Participant’s vehicle or any third-party property caused during the Event.
3. Release and Waiver of Liability: The Participant hereby releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless the Service, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to the Participant’s participation in the Event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or any other loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
4. Indemnification: The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold the Service harmless from any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from or related to the Participant’s participation in the Event, including but not limited to any claims brought by third parties.
5. Photography and Publicity: The Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Service may take photographs, videos, or other recordings during the Event and that these materials may be used for promotional or marketing purposes without any compensation to the Participant.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
7. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By participating in the Event organized through the Service, the Participant acknowledges that they have carefully read this Agreement, fully understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms.
