2016 Volkswagen Golf R
The Story
Hey my name is Chris I’m a medical student and aspiring family physician
I’ve had the car since new in February 2016. I keep it very clean and up to date on all services. I do constant maintenance from oil changes to cleaning the cabin filter and even greasing up the door hinges. Everything I can to keep it looking young.
I’m a nut for paintwork. I detail this car regularly using proper washing and drying techniques. The paint is damn near pristine. Very few blemishes and rock chips. Virtually Zero swirls (I inspect with LED lights and have worked in a detail shop. For all my fellow detailers out there, I too see swirls that most owners can’t and this car really is nearly swirl free considering it’s a 6yr old daily). I don’t tailgate, I just pass everything. Garage kept. Avoid rain and snow when possible. PPF protected and ceramic coated. You’ll be hard pressed to find a ~6 year old daily driver that looks like this :)
And don’t be fooled, I have fun with this car… good hard fun
mostly stock but keeping it performance focused
No mods that take away from the driving ability of the car
Everything done by me
This car never goes to a garage
