2018 Volkswagen Golf R

The car is a 1 of 17 Canadian Jazz Blue Golf R which was a special order Volkswagen Spektrum color for 2018 and 2019. I purchased the car not knowing this and the dealership in Michigan I bought it from didn’t either. I bought it thinking it was the standard Lapiz Blue car but when the car arrived I noticed it was quite a bit different. I did some further research and found out I had bought something very special. The car was imported from Canada which to my knowledge makes this the 6th Jazz Blue Golf R in the US as 5 were ordered for the US market.

The Spektrum program offered 40 different heritage colors that new owners could choose from which started started in 2018 for the Golf R in Canada. Later in 2019 the US was able to order from this program as well.
