The Story

This was my daily driver, and also my first electric car. This compact SUV is loaded with torque, providing a nearly 6-second 0-60, but is speed limited to 105mph, which I don't often hit on my morning commute.

The Kona Ultimate is fully loaded, with heated and ventilated seats, a heated steering wheel, a sunroof, and a heads-up display, although it still requires charging almost every other day depending on how it's driven.

Thoughts: The Kona platform is extremely solid and feels closer to a hatchback of a small SUV in terms of handling. It took almost every turn with ears, and felt extremely zippy on the back roads, although the narrow economy tires provided little to no grip, especially with instant torque to the front wheels.
