2016 Audi S4
The Story
I’ve dreamt of having an Audi s4 since I was a young kid, and I finally bought one for myself when I was 26. After 5 years of ownership, I started making modifications in February of 2021. I have no prior experience working on cars (only a good deal of general car knowledge), so this has been a great hands on learning experience, having done the work myself with a friend.
I started with EPL stage 1 ECU/TCU tune, and Integrated Engineering cold air intake, and some cosmetic upgrades like the Deval carbon fiber rear diffuser and the Maxton Designs front splitter. At first I was convinced this was all I’d do and stop there, but I was immediately hooked.
Not more than a month later I had installed a MercRacing heat exchanger, and had upgraded to a 187mm fluidampr crank pulley. The car is currently stage 2 single pulley, and drives like in my dreams as a kid
I also installed a full Valvetronic exhaust, which brings the car to life. I have 034 performance springs and rear sway bar ready to be installed.
Follow my build, and my escapades in my Audi S4 on IG @Cool_RunningS4
Next up will be stage 2 dual pulley. I need to decide on some test pipes and then I’ll install AWE resonated downpipes to combat the additional drone/rasp from adding test pipes.
