2007 Volvo C30

I imported this car in 2022 from Italy because it’s rare and quirky. For now it has been reliable, there were some problems with turbocharger not working, and suspension but overall pretty good.

When I started to have problems with the turbo I removed dpf, egr, and flashed stage 1 tune. But of course that wasn’t the main issue. After two months driving like grandma, I replaced all vacuum lines and cleaned out the intake, that fixed the issue with turbo. Then I got a custom stage 1 tune which bumped the horsepower to 180hp and torque to 410Nm.

In the future I plan to add first coilovers and than bigger intercooler, free flowing exhaust, stage 3 clutch. short shifter, bigger brakes….
