2023 Toyota GR86

I was first introduced to JDM cars through my dad, who used to drive me around in a black 2000 Acura Integra. I also have an uncle who is heavily into JDM cars and owns a Fairlady 240Z and a 1985 Toyota Celica. I was finally able to buy a JDM car of my own, so I chose the GR86. I always liked the FRS, but once the GR86 came around, I knew that was the one. I love *Initial D*, so the 86 just made sense to me. The underglow inspiration came from the movie Cars with the tuner scene, and from the Fast & Furious movies. I also installed lights in the interior, giving it a similar aesthetic to Brian’s blue lights in his R34. The black and chrome rims were inspired by Takashi’s 350Z from Tokyo Drift. The aero kit is from StreetHunter. I chose StreetHunter because it's not only nice and simple yet aggressive, but also one of my inspirations, TJ Hunt, designed it. I’m extremely grateful for what I have and can’t wait to keep modifying my car. Thanks be to the Most High.
